The Challenge: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, a partner of the Detroit Lions, needed to create a highly visible commemorative item at a cost-effective price-point for their 77th annual nationally televised Thanksgiving Day game.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy worked with Blue Cross Blue Shield and their agency to choose and design a rally towel which provides the most value and best bang for the buck when it comes to on-air visibility. idegy sourced the towels and provided the most timely and cost effective manner for production and delivery.
The Challenge: Cessna Aircraft Co. (Textron Aviation) wanted to build a program around their NASCAR sponsorship where they could entertain high-level Corporate Executives at race events throughout the season. They were looking for an exclusive, personalized gifting program that could be run efficiently throughout the year.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy developed a merchandise program which included multiple apparel and gift items in a custom gift box. The program was integrated with the Textron ordering system used by the sales reps to request tickets and travel scheduling. This allowed us to automate and personalize individual orders on a large scale in a mostly hands-free environment, and it reduces warehouse fees to the client.
The Challenge: The Chicago White Sox were looking to produce a custom-designed St. Patrick’s Day-themed hat for an in-stadium giveaway, sponsored by Miller Lite, as part of the annual fan favorite “Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day” promotion.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy provided a hat with a custom material, pattern and design that fit with both the White Sox’ and MillerCoors’ vision. idegy produced the hats overseas and handled all production, shipping and customs logistics and delivered the merchandise early at no additional cost to the White Sox.
The Challenge: Comcast was launching an annual Fall University program aimed at college students at various activation events with the goal of providing engaging items that ties to the entertainment experience of XFINITY and creates interest among the college student audience.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy used overseas partners to identify current trends in technology as well as new products which nets in a an overall savings to XFINITY by managing these efficiencies. idegy was able to deliver cool products that appeal to the college audience and was able to deliver the additional benefit of reduced costs to XFINITY.
The Challenge: The Tennessee Titans needed a partner that could handle all of the departmental needs from Suite Holders & Community Events to Kids Clubs & Game Days.
The Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy, a licensee of the NFL and partner of the Tennessee Titans, was able to deliver creative solutions across all of the departments while ensuring all proper guidelines were followed and approvals from the NFL were secured. This program has grown with idegy since 2015 and is now on the fourth consecutive year.
The Challenge: The OKC Thunder needed to increase the Kid’s Club membership and connect with a younger generation in a way that was both meaningful to the member and the team. The challenge was creating a kit that was functional plus original.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy had the knowledge + the creative genius + the manufacturing know-how to bring to life a one-of-a-kind OKC Thunder Kids Club Kit. After designing the perfect solution and combining it with a school kit consisting of a pencil pouch, oversized eraser, pencil, lanyard and custom binder, we began work on prototypes. The final result was a custom kit from top to bottom that was delivered already put together with all items inserted into the originally designed pack. The team loved it and kids are proud to show it off to their friends!
The Challenge: CITGO was looking to develop an in-store gift-with-purchase program around their new Green Bay Packers Partnership. CITGO had been a partner of the Packers years earlier and wanted to re-introduce the brand with a great in-store promotion that would drive fans to their stores to receive a unique gift.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy designed a custom-made scarf that is not available through the team and highlighted the CITGO Green & Gold Friday’s program. Fans could fill-up at any station in Wisconsin any Friday throughout the season and receive a scarf. The program was a huge success and not only drove fans to the store but drove huge ROI covering the cost of the program.
The Challenge: As the Official Tire of the NFL and the Super Bowl, Bridgestone approached idegy to help provide a full-service hospitality solution for a VIP group at both Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco and Super Bowl LI in Houston.
The hospitality gifts needed to apply to a wide range of guests, represent the brand’s premier quality, and meet extremely strict NFL Branding Guidelines while also enhancing the overall experience.
Creative Solution / Outcome: As an NFL Licensee, idegy understands the requirements to navigate through an NFL partnership. To engage guests and help present a truly unique experience, idegy designed, created, packaged, and delivered a set of high-quality, versatile gifts.
The Challenge: As part of the Discount Drug Mart’s partnership with the Cleveland Browns, Discount Drug Mart was planning a retail activation program that was co-branded with the Cleveland Browns. The program was at participating Discount Drug Mart locations. Customers use their points collected from purchases to redeem co-branded retail goods.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy, a licensee of the NFL and partner of the Cleveland Browns, was able to produce custom goods including a T-Shirt, Hat and Water bottle. Each piece featured in a different point bracket offered an option for every type of shopper! All storage, distribution and individual shipping was handled by idegy.
The Challenge: John Deere branded merchandise made a huge comeback in 2004. They came to idegy to help them create a headwear line.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy partnered with John Deere and over the next couple of years created an entire Headwear line that was sold in Retail stores all across America. All JD Hats that were sold in the United States were Designed and Manufactured by idegy. All told, idegy created over 5,000,000 hats in a 2.5 year period.
The Challenge: Chip Ganassi Racing needed to manage the full team apparel for all 10 of their NASCAR, IndyCar and IMSA race teams and sponsors to wear at-track each race weekend. Due to the sheer scale and extensive amount of size, design and logo changes from week to week, it needed to be efficient and well-organized.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy helped to coordinate the inventory & production management for all product including hats, jackets, polos and dress shirts. With an average of 3-5 logo placements per item on thousands of units, we developed a production model to quickly imprint each item based on the size, color, sponsorship (logo) and race and ensured accuracy and on-time delivery.
The Challenge: Kwik Trip – a large Fuel station/Store chain spanning across the Midwest – needed assistance with a co-sponsorship program for their NFL Partnerships. Kwik Trip wanted to come up with a co-branded item that would drive customers into their stores for their Minnesota and Wisconsin markets.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy designed a custom produced, matte-colored travel mug with the quality of a retail-style, vacuum-insulated travel tumbler but at a cost-effective price point. Customers who signed-up for their app can purchase the travel tumbler, and then can receive free coffee refills when they ‘check-in’ at the location. idegy worked with both NFL teams, the NFL, and the Kwik Trip Marketing team to develop, produce and deliver various size floor displays for each of their retail locations across both states.
The program was a great success. idegy produced over 80,000 units across both programs and helped to widely expand the client’s in-store program.
The Challenge: NBCUniversal was looking to promote key summer movie launches (2015 – Minions and 2016 – The Secret Life of Pets).
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy partnered with Comcast, the parent company of NBCUniversal and a partner of idegy, to develop various concepts that could be distributed at at sporting events where Comcast is a sponsor. idegy produced rally towels that we utilized in conjunction with other onsite activation elements to promote the movie launches.
The Challenge: Victoria’s Secret needed a good source for their in-store mesh shopper bags. These bags are used directly by their clients every day and needed to be made of high-quality materials at a reasonable price.
Additionally, the factory producing these bags needed to pass an extensive auditing process and meet strict product safety and production standards.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy used its extensivemanufacturing base to utilize the right factory that in turn was able to provide the best materials, production and safety standards available. The bags were produced at a reasonable price and the factory passed the audit.

The Challenge: Madison Square Garden, in partnership with Chase Bank, had struggled to attain high ticket sales and attendance to their Monday shows of the Radio City Music Hall’s Christmas Spectacular show. Chase, a primary sponsor of the show, wanted to increase their brand’s awareness during these shows, and MSG needed to increase ticket sales. They enlisted help from idegy for a creative way to achieve both goals.
Creative Solution / Outcome: During the creative process, idegy reviewed details of the show, the partnership, the target demographic and the overall experience. The recommendation was to offer a free gift giveaway at each of these Monday shows as a way to achieve the client’s goals. idegy designed, created, manufactured and delivered the Chase Santa Hats as the free gift. After the first year, ticket sales sky rocketed and local Chase Bank activity and brand awareness increased at an incredible rate. As a result, MSG has repeated the program for 3 years and plans on continuing to do so. They have dubbed these special shows as “Chase Santa Hat Mondays” and a successful partnership activation program continues to grow through the results of this program.
The Challenge: As a partner of the Detroit Lions, the United Dairy Industry of Michigan was looking to execute a merchandising plan for their Fuel Up to Play 60 initiative. Fuel Up to Play 60 is a league-wide NFL program that promotes exercise and proper nutrition for kids across the country.
Creative Solution / Outcome: idegy worked with the United Dairy Industry to provide a range of items which included signage, cinch bags, t-shirts, and artwork design. idegy sourced the items and provided the most timely and cost effective manner for production and delivery.
